Yard Duty

There are three teachers on yard duty between 8.45a.m. and 9.00a.m. in the morning and 3.30p.m. and 3.45p.m. in the afternoon. Children not collected by 3.45p.m. are cared for in the office.

There are five teachers on yard duty at recess and lunch break. The yard duty teachers wear fluorescent vests for easy identification. The yard duty teachers carry basic first aid supplies in a bum bag and carry a folder with a photo (for easy identification) of children with life threatening medical conditions.
